The Client:
IH FINTECH, a financial company of Grupo Hiraoka, provides financing support to Hiraoka stores under the brand OKA. Operating in Lima and Callao, their main business is financial loans.
The Challenge:
The client needed a world-class ERP for reliable accounting information and opted for a cloud service for information security, operational continuity, and infrastructure optimization.
The Solution:
Neora implemented Oracle ERP CLOUD, integrated with IH Fintech’s core system, including Peruvian localizations. The project included the implementation of finance modules, electronic billing integration, creation of customers and documents in ERP from the banking core, development of necessary reports, user training, and detailed documentation.
The project scope included:
- Implementation of finance modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Installation, configuration, and launch of localizations developed by NEORA for Peru (compliance with Peruvian tax regulations).
- Integration of electronic invoicing with the electronic service provider in Peru.
- Integration for customer creation in the ERP from the banking core.
- Integration for creating receivable documents in the ERP from the banking core.
- Integration for creating journal entries in the ERP from the banking core.
- Report development tailored to project needs.
- User training workshops on functionalities, integrations, and developments implemented.
- Detailed documentation of configuration, integrations, and testing, as well as technical components required for production.
- Training the IT team for proper ERP and integration operation.
- Close monitoring of all Service Requests (SR) registered as part of the project.
The Result:
OKA now has a scalable platform to incorporate additional modules, standardized processes with Oracle ERP Cloud’s best practices, and an updated SaaS solution ensuring capacity, control, continuity, and improved application availability.
- The client utilizes Oracle ERP CLOUD, which ranks first in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant, and has been able to conduct transactions since October 2023, meeting Peru’s accounting operations and tax requirements.
- OKA has a scalable platform for adding additional modules as needed.
- Company processes have been standardized using best practices embedded in Oracle ERP Cloud through adoption, not adaptation.
- As a SaaS application, the client has a constantly updated solution, enhancing functionality, including localizations.
- OKA ensures capacity, control, continuity, and improved application availability during daily operations.
- The finance area maintains daily accounting for accounts payable and receivable, and all transactions made by clients as a result of loans.
Impact:
100% of the client’s operations and supplier movements are reflected in the ERP Cloud through integration with the banking core and Oracle.
